Our Mission
To ensure that all Métis and indigenous people live in suitable, secure and well-maintained affordable homes.
Our Mandate
Our mandate is to provide subsidized, affordable and transitional rental units for the Métis and indigenous community. PACHSI currently owns and maintains 218 houses, 14 family four-plexes, 4 six-plexes, 1 four-unit senior garden apartment, 1 five-plex, 6 duplexes, an 18-unit townhouse complex, 5 apartment blocks, 2 senior homes and are developing an additional five-plex as well as a transitional two-story apartment complex for women and their kids fleeing domestic violence.
