How to complete application forms

Click on the desired application form.

Once the form opens, complete all required information. 

Save the completed form to your device.


To submit the application form directly to us:


  1. Navigate to the Contact Us section of this website.
  2. Enter your information in the Contact box and then click Add Attachment. 
  3. A new window will open and allow you to locate the completed form on your device.
  4. Once found, click on the form and it will attach to the message you are sending.
  5. Now click the send button.

Please ensure that the application is fully completed prior to submitting to our office for approval, in order to be added to our waiting list.


* All applications must be accompanied by two (2) pieces of identification.  One must be photo ID.


* If you have never rented before or you don’t have a landlord reference of at least one year, you are required to complete our “A Place to Call Home” seminar. 


Please note that Landlord references are NOT optional.


* INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL BE SENT BACK
